When you begin clarinet lessons at Winter Park Music Academy, you will learn about the parts of the instrument, how to assemble and disassemble it and the most fun part, how to play it! The clarinet can be a great instrument to perfect or to use as a stepping stone to saxophone. Either way, you will learn first the basics of reading music and how to play one single note, in tune, while holding the instrument correctly and with proper posture.
